Personal Training
1-on-1 personal training with an experienced collegiate performance coach. Individual training programs are designed to meet specific client goals including accountability, learning to lift, post-injury, strength development, muscle toning, weight management, and sports performance. Sessions are 50 minutes each. A free consultation is available to discuss your goals.

Metabolic Testing
Active and passive metabolic testing will help identify cardiovascular issues that impact overall performance. Testing may also be used to improve nutrition program outcomes. Both recreational and elite athletes will benefit from advanced fitness programming based on testing results. Testing is currently available for swimmers, cyclists, triathletes, and fitness sport competitors.
