Personal Training and Sports Performance
Personal training sessions are 50-minute one-on-one appointments. All training sessions are tailored to the specific goals of the client.
Our coaches have experience working with a variety of populations from post-rehabilitation, new-to-training, and youth sports all the way to national-level athletes and physical performance professionals.
Personal Training goals may include:
– Accountability and sticking to a workout plan
– Weight management
– Improve strength and/or endurance
– General fitness improvements
– Sport-specific performance training
– Learn to lift and prevent injury
